Responsible for providing Pricing Analysis and Technical Support for all Workers Compensation and other occupational injury lines of business: Excess Workers Compensation, Large Deductible WC, Large Risk Primary WC, and Texas Non-subscriber Policies.

Provide direct support to underwriters as needed during the underwriting process and help interpret indications Maintain and participate in the development of underwriting/pricing models used by underwriters Develop and maintain training materials in the use of models to include underlying actuarial principles in model design. Provide training as needed in the use of the models. Participate in analysis of model effectiveness, underwriting results and profitability of in-force business Analyze program costs and determine expense provisions, rate deviations, LCMs by risk classification Assist with filing support documents for SNCC filings, including Primary WC manual rates and rating values Complete risk transfer analyses, as requested Maintain pricing support profiles and information (SAWWs, LDFs, ELFs, SRP info, rate level changes, deviations/LCMs, benefit summaries, etc.)
Create and maintain documentation and procedures necessary to comply with corporate policies regarding data security, backup requirements, and proper controls.
Complete special projects, as assigned.
Associate or Fellow of Casualty Actuarial Society
5+ years experience in Workers Compensation pricing or reserving
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, other Microsoft software
