This role produces and maintains reinsurance agreement documents for the company
Draft treaties, amendments, and letters; Presentation for review and signature;
Identify and locate information needed from sources such as quote letters, existing agreements, and email correspondence;
Utilize ORIC’s model language as priority, utilize other precedents as necessary, draft special wording as necessary;
Maintain the Agreements on our document management system;
Support other departments and clients by providing treaty information, assisting with interpretation when appropriate;
Communicate with clients, sending and requesting signed documents;
Assist with department and associated projects;
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Experience: Reinsurance and/or Life Insurance; Contracts/Agreements;
Excellent communication skills; Technical writing; Mastery of written English;
Ability to think logically;
Proficiency with Microsoft office products: Word, Excel, Outlook;
Ability to find reliable information on the internet;
Great organizational skill / attention to detail;
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
