Why You Want This Job:

  • OWNERSHIP: You are the sole owner of countrywide profitability, and you’ll have strong collaboration with state management to help keep everyone on track
  • VISABILITY: Day to Day interaction with the CFO and state management as well as monthly interaction with state managers and pricing teams
  • IMPACT: Whatever challenges arise, you’ll get to diagnose what is going on and help resolve in collaboration with the pricing team
  • LEADERSHIP: You’ll oversee, guide and mentor a small team of actuarial analysts 

What Else You Should Know:

  • You need to have a strong command of the actuarial function as well as experience leading people
  • You need to be a strong collaborator and someone that can motivate others across a matrixed organization to act
  • ACAS required, FCAS preferred
  • You need solid technical skills in Excel, SQL and understanding of process automation
