Position Description Philadelphia Insurance Companies (PHLY) is looking for someone with strong relationship-building and analytical skills for our 12-month, full-time training program as a risk services trainee.  This program includes formal instruction, self-study, and on the job field experience with our customers.  Following successful completion of this program, the individual will be promoted to a risk service representative role, providing risk assessment and risk improvement service to a book of medium and large customers.  The trainee and subsequent risk services representative roles will be based out of the Chicago area with overnight travel of up to 25% to the surrounding states.  This role is well-suited for individuals who are comfortable managing th
